Should I Consult The Doctor For Anal Bleeding,suicidal Thought And Insomnia?
i am a 20 year old male currently suffering side effects from Celexa. i am 5'10" and 170lbs. I am very depressed and having suicidal thoughts, as well as shaking, restlessness, not being able to sleep, loss of libido and unable to orgasm. I also have anal bleeding which is the scariest thing, do i need to go to a hospital?

Since when are you taking celexa and what dose? after going through your query i can say that you are suffering from major depressive episode.you should consult your treating psychiatrist for proper adjustment of doses and some add on treatment also consult general surgeon for anal bleeding.i don't think this could be sideffects of celexa.
