Should I Continue The Treatment Even After Not Having Relief To The Neuropathic Pain?

Initially went for physical therapy to see if there would be some pain relief. Different medications have been prescribed. So far they did not do anything to help alleviate some pain. Should I continue going through this process first? I've been experiencing some neuropathic pain for over a year.

Hi,
First try to find out the cause of your problem.
If you have backache or leg pain there is likely of having some osteoartheritis in your spines.
Go for x-ray lumbo-sacral region.
After report go for other treatment as advised by orthopedic surgeon.
