Should I Reduce The Dosage Of Cremaffin If It Causes Loose Motions?

I have been advised to take 30 ml of creamaffin plus everyday for 2 months. I have been getting loose motion every night I have taken the medicine. Please advice if I need to reduce the intake quantity. I was asked to take Cremaffin plus because of a fissure

* Acute condition dose prescription has not to be carried out till full
recovery.

* Once you start getting loose motions , you have to reduce the dose , say
at present 15 ml everyday . Later on consult after 3 - 4 days for further
guidance .
