Should I Stop Running As I Had A HR Of 235 During My Last Run?

I had AVNRT ablation in June of 2012. I also have borderline Long QT (female 470 QT interval). I am on 25 mg of toporol a day and my Dr has given me permission to run and wear a HR monitor and keep my HR under 165. I am 50 years old and have been running 5 miles 3 times per week. During my last 2 runs my HR has jumped to 235 for a period of 5 min then dropped down to 165 range. Am I pressing my luck, should I stop running?

Thank you.
