Should I Stop Taking Phendimentraz After Having Numbness And Tingling In Arms And Legs?

I am on a treatment to lose weight and I am currently taking PHENDIMENTRAZ 35 three times a day. But I am feeling numbness or tingling in the arms or legs. Also I am losing a lot of weight and seeing progress in the diet. I don t know if I should stop taking the medicine or continue until I have reached my goal. I m scared if I stop the treatment that the tingling will continue, or will it go away? However, I don t want to stop losing weight and seeing progress.
