1. You might be having a slight withdrawal. If you are just awake, maybe a little nervous, then its ok, its not dangerous.
Benedryl with some
melatonin works very well, however, DO NOT TAKE MORE Than indicated in the bottle. Not ever.
2. Seems like you are worried about not sleeping, if that is the case then let me tell you that its ok not to sleep sometimes. When your body really needs to sleep trust me, it will! All your worries and all your
anxiety would subside when your body feels that sleep is its priority. Right now you are having some
adrenaline in your body and so don't try to force your sleep.
3. When you will really get sleepy then you will know what I mean. So if you do not sleep for 2 days, brush it off, nothing will happen to you. If you have to drive, and you get sleepy then take a cat nap on the side of the road.. and then know that when its safe to drive again you will have a very good night sleep at your destination.
4. Once you have that very sleepy moment, try to time your going to sleep at that time you think you can keep a schedule. For example, you are totally trashed at 5PM. If you have to wake up in the morning, say early at 6 or 7AM, then hold your sleep till say, 9PM, then go to sleep in a comfy bed, with the right ambient temperature (a bit on the
cold side, less then 68F). and maybe even turn on a fan to swallow noises. Then do that two to three days in a row, and your body will get used to falling asleep at these times.. which means, it would produce melatonin at that time, then GO TO SLEEP (melatonin is produced only to make you fall alseep, so its a time window you need to take advantage of it).
5. Just relax, don't rely on pills, they are not going to solve any problems in the long run, and let your body tell you what you need, its better than pills. Everything will be ok.
