Should Lab Tests Be Done At The Same Centre For Diagnostic Accuracy/consistency?

Hi doctor I am 27 years,58 kgs 5 feet 2 and half inches detected with pcos had miscarraige once 5 months back.concieved again, my HCG 2 days before missed LMP was 3272 and 2 days after missed period is 1904.this was taken at 2 different places is it possible the first value could be a mistake?

hi, dr.boskey gandhi is here, in our menstrual cycle,ovulation occur at mid day of month,if fertilization occur, pregnancy is developed so b-hcg is secreted in our body & it Will be multiplied by 2 in every 2-3 days. so value is rising, if pregnancy maintain. your value is dropped down. 2 reason is here: 1.your pregnancy May be disturbed. u can get spotting. 2. interlab variation. so my advice is to consult good gynecologist for proper direction. do maximum rest & repeat hcg leval after one week.all the best & god bless u.!!!!!
