Should Skipped Beats Within 45 Mins Of A Meal Be Of Concern In A Person Who Has T2DM And Whose A1C Is 6.5?

BACKGROUND: Overweight female, age 59. I have T2DM, for which I take no meds. A1C is nearly always 6.5. Occasional bouts of hypoglycemia. SITUATION: Within 30-45 minutes of a meal, I often experience repeated "skipped beats" for up to an hour. This is accompanied by light-headedness. Less likely to occur later in the day, although it does happen sometimes. Generally, the more carbs in a meal, the more likely this occurs. How concerned should I be?
