Should The Bruises And Pain In Knees After An Injury Arouse Concern?

I fell in hobby lobby on both knees, I have considerably amount of bruising and some pain. This was Wednesday, should I be concerned of any other problems to follow or see a doctor. Actually the brushing is not right on knees it's just below. Thanks, Kim

Hi,
At this early stage I suggest you rest and elevate your knees when possible to allow the swelling to reduce. Take paracetamol and ibuprofen for any pain and inflammation. Ice packs will also help the swelling.
In about a weeks time, if you are still suffering, I suggest you see your doctor as you may need scans on your knees.
I hope you feel batter soon.
