Should This Pregnancy Be Aborted By D And C Or MTP Kit?

hello Dr My Wife gave birth to twin babies 5.6 years back in end of sept 20008 through Cesarean mode. she got her next periods due on Feburary 2014 but she missed it . Then we went for preg test and it is positive. we dont want another baby. Should we go for MTP/DNC or go for a mtp pills. Is there any risk in going for DNC as last delivery was cesarean. what could be the complications, please suggest.

Hi.... if it is an early pregnancy of less than 9 weeks medical method really has a very high success rate and you should always go first with medical method but you need to be little careful. Any time you have very excessive bleeding rush to your gyanecologist.
Although D&C complication is more in previous cesarean section but i dont see any such things in your case as its quite a long time interval of 5more than 5 years, which is enough for wound healing.
