Shoulder Pain, Grinding Sensation. Have Had Cortisone Steroid. What Does It Sound Like?

hi i have had a shoulder problem for a couple of years now which i have been having physio for and have had a cortisone steroid injection for and neither have worked. they keep telling me its impingement syndrome and have had an mri scan which nothing came back. My symptoms are that i struggle getting full range of movement and i have a grinding noise when i move my shoulder back i get pain in the front when lifting any objects and aches i was wondering if you had any ideas?

The grinding noise in the shoulder with pain is likely to be due to arthritic changes in the joint and a decrease in the joint lubricants. Taking proper joint lubricant supplements will help.
