I was recently test for co2 and result came back high. I in govt. apt. who denies the issue. So I'm trying to buy a
monitor. But I'm on fixed income. So is there something I can do until I get monitor or a miracle and I can move.

Hi, I would suggest deepbrething . Inhale slowly with count of 5 and hold for 5 seconds and exhale slowly 10 seconds. Slowly try to increase time with inhale hold and exhale ratio at 1:2:4. Do share benefits you get
