Since Sept 10th I Am No Longer Taking Anti-depressant Medications
Since Sept 10th I am no longer taking anti-depressant medications and my mental health is great. I am motivated and engaged. Finally escaped from Zombieland! I take no other medications and no over-the-counter drugs. The only vitamins I take are lecithin, vitamin D and magnesium. I have been taking Now Foods Testojack 100 (herbs that boost testosterone that work!) for about 6 weeks. I stopped taking any vitamins while I was on anti-depressants. I had been taking Testojack from about 2008-2013. The one aspect that hasn't gone away is unsteadiness when I'm standing. If I'm seated or lying down I feel normal. When I stand however I feel wobbly and I am wobbly. This feeling of unsteadiness was much greater when on the anti-depressants but it still remains. I was convinced that it was entirely due to the medications but after talking to my ex-wife I am not so sure. She says that she saw me get wobbly before 2010 and that she had remarked about it (I don't remember however). She had also remarked that when we went on walks (back in 2013) she noticed that I was slowing down and I even remarked that I thought she walked fast, when it was me who was walking slowly! Also I have had tinnitus since I started anti-depressants in Mar 2014. I think it's a bit less severe since I've been off of them. I have an appointment with my Family Physician (FP) on Nov 11th where I will be letting him know about my ex-wife's comments. He is aware of the issue since I've been on anti-depressants. I welcome any insights or comments as to what more information I should provide my FP. Thank you.
