Sinus Pain, Congestion, Cold. Hurts While Blowing The Nose. Anything To Be Concerned?

Hello there. My name is Stuart. I ve had particular bad cold for 5-6 days, I ve had some sinus pain with a lot if congestion in this area and my ears. Ear ache for a couple of days. When I blow my nose now my ears pop and it sounds like air going through fluid and it hurts my sinus. Also my head really starts to spin. Us this anything to be concerned with. Thanx

Hello
You are suffering from acute sinusitis due to the effect of cold virus.
Steam inhalation and pain killers are the mainstay of treatment.
Take steam inhalation three times a day.
Avoid cold drinks and take more hot liquids.
You may use nasal decongestant drops for few days to relieve of any nasal block.
Antibiotics are required if the symptoms of bacterial infection are found,otherwise no need of antibiotics.
You shall b alright in next 5 to 7 days.
