Sinusitis, Nasal Draining, Chest Pain, Black Phlegm On Coughing. Treatment?
what medicine i have to take in case of sinusitis i nose is draining all the day and pain in chest while coughing and phelgem colour is black which comes after coughing ,no any pain in head or anywhere else last year i had minor treatment of acute sinus now what my symptoms show s...? what type of sinusitis is this how it is curable by med or surgery

Since you don't have any headache or fever and no purulent nasal discharge,there is no need for Any antibiotics as this is not acute sinusitis.
You are suffering from chronic sinusitis.
Treatment consists of
Avoiding cold and chilled drinks
Steam inhalation three times a day.
Avoiding smoking if doing it
Take some anti allergic like CETRIZINE in night for 5 to 7 days.
You should be all right with these in next 3 weeks.
If there is no improvement then consult a physician and get a CT sinus done for the exact diagnosis and management.
