Sir/Madam I have frequent slight cramp like pain in the upper right abdomen twice or thrice a day that stays only for 5-6 seconds. My stool is not clear, it's like loose motion(although once a day). I have fatty liver(Non-alcoholic). No kind of fatigue, loss of appetite, nausea or vomitting.

I am in a strict diet and doing daily exercise for 30 minutes.
