Sir my wife was told salpingitus ..so thr was no chance of normal pregnancy...we went fr IVF ...all went well...bt we did an usg at 6 wks ..Dr said its absent Herat beat...come after 1 week....today we went again ...she said its poor decidual reaction n no heart beat.. Its missed miscarriage...it will remove automatically...wt should we do?? Wait or go fr removal ???? Plz guide us
