Skin Problem In Right Hand And Legs, Crack Formations Which Are Painful And Itchy, Cluster Of Pus Cells. Suggestion?

I hv a skin problem in my right hand nd right leg .there is a crack type forms ,which is paining some time besides that it is etching also.A cluster of puse cell with yellow fluid forms in colony of two or three,then bust down leaving a crack .The infection starts in the leg nd then in the palm.It seems of fungal infection .

A photograph would have helped me in diagnosing.

Please get a KOH mount done,

This can confirm the fungal etiology.

Treatment can be with oral antifungals as well as with topical antifungals.
