Sleeping Day And Night, Diabetic, Thyroid Patient. Eyelid Swollen, Occlusion In Left Eye. Any Ideas ?

my husband is sleeping day and night , he is also a diabetic and has many issues with his health and I was wondering if he has a problem with is thyroid. he had bloods test but his doctor says he is okay. with in last year and this year his health seems to be going down hill. he has also developed a condition with his eyes where they are red and his eye lid is swollen, this was after he was told he has an occlusion in his left eye. the only eye he has left which now is more important than ever before to keep his vision and I don't seem to be able to get the help he needs now not three months later.
