Slight Burning Of Stomach Lining, Headache, Tiredness, Gall Bladder And Polyps Removed

Nothing too severe. Seem to get burning stomach lining every few weeks, with slight headache and tiredness. A bit like a slight hang over (but I don't drink). Enough to come home from work today after a couple of panadol (tylanol) didn't relieve symptoms. Female, 52, very fit, paleo type diet, gall bladder removed, a couple of polyps in stomach removed. Both approximately 3 years ago.

Hello,

This symptoms may be due to Gastritis. Preexisting polyp and removal gallbladder also interferes with the digestion which may indirectly contribute to gastritis.
Panadol in high dose may irritate the gastric mucosa. So indiscriminated use is not advisible.
Proton pump inhibitors may have in reducing the inflammation and pain.
If the symptoms does not subside the you any need an upper GI endoscopy to arrive at a diagnosis.
