Hi I am a 66 yr old male in fairly good shape for my age,my problem is I discovered a lump about the size of a small marble on the very bottom of my scrotum near the area that separates your scrotum from your anus and when I squeezed it to get it to drain it was very painful but I eventually evacuated most of the contents which consisted of fresh blood and old black thick blood but no pus . Do you know what this may be?
