Small Bump On The Right Side Of Head After Slipping In Shower. Do I Need To Get It Looked ?

I slipped in the shower and hit my head on the porcelain thing that holds up a shelf inside the shower. I have a small bump on the right side of my head, almost directly above the outside of my eye, at the hairline. Do I need to go have this looked at? I'm not dizzy or nauseous but don't want to get dropped off at work tonight and then find out there is an issue and not be able to get picked up in time to go to the doctor.

Hi,
What you think is correct. any head injury needs 24 hrs observation-ideally in a nursing home/hospital.
if you are sure, need not get admitted, but consultation would be ideal.your idea of not going to work place today is correct.
application of cold pack, easily digestible food, rest, pain killer with dr's advice &observation for 24 hrs would be ideal.
