Small Bumps On Arm, Spreading To Other Areas Of The Body, No Itching, Growing In Size, No Pus, Discharge. Causes?

my granddaughter started out having welp like bumps on her arm and the next day they spread on body...the first ones have scas on them but we dont see her scratching them and dont seem to be painful...we are concerend since they are coming up all over body they start out small but end up my quarter size...when first one came up we thought it was insect bites but it spreads so i guess that is ruled out,,what can they be...they also have looks of a boil but no liquids or pus are coming out of them...what can they be?
