Small Child, Fever, Vomiting, Stomach Pain. Antibiotics Taken. Cure?

my 4 yr old son started with fever last night an stomacer h waz hurting i gav him kids fever reducer an kids stomace meds....fever went down but vomanted about 2hrs after....sleep through out the night woke up fine about 8 am....12 pm 4 hours later all sympoths r back again...last fever check about 10mins ago is 102.5 it has come down it waz a lil high

Hi;
If you are in a malaria endemic area consider giving your son some malaria treatment. Also consider some infections as otitis or a UTI. Have you recently deworm ythe child? if not consider doing that.
What ever the case see your pediatrician for a complete check-up of the child to rule out the differentials.
