I advise you to apply ice cold compresses over nose and bruised area.give paracetamol for pain relief.
You should observe him for warning signs like any abnormal behavior,vomiting,bleeding from nose or ear,in case you observe any immediately take him to ER,

Bruising around and under the eyes is due to internal bleeding.

Bleeding from the eyes is due to some kind of injury to the structures around the eye like caruncle, lacrimal duct, etc.

If consciousness is maintained, baby is feeding normally and there is no change in the normal pattern of baby's behaviour; a serious injury is ruled out.

However, I would suggest you to visit your pediatrician for clinical evaluation.

Thank you for your query.

Injury around the nose can give rise to collection of blood below the skin and around the eyes which is giving rise to red colour of the white areas of the eyes. If the child is sleeping as per schedule then most probably things are fine and nothing needs to be done. However, in case the following symptoms are seen then the child need to be shown to a doctor immediately:
1. Irritablility
2. Unusual crying
3. Drowsiness
4. Abnormal movements.
This swelling shall take some time to subside though it is going to increase for about 24 hours.
