Small Child, Sudden Breathing Difficulty, Foaming At The Mouth, Unable To Swallow Water. Causes For Symptoms?
My four year old son woke up drooling really bad and terrified he couldn t breathe and started foaming at the mouth we know he didn t not get into any thing poisonous he has been fine all day also while this was going on he said he needed food but yet he could not even drink water ....what could be the causes of these symptoms?

Child needs immediate examination and evaluation.

hi its dr vivek by his history initially it seem that your baby had convulsion during froathing and droolling and difficulty breathing . but now it seem that he had organophosphorus poisoning / carbamate poisoning. just visit to near by pediatrician to further management like atropine and pralidoxime and other supportive management
