Small Child Suffering From Cold, Cough. Taking Dolo Cold, AZEE 100. Safe Antibiotics For Children?
Hi Doctor, I am XXXXX, mom of 1.5 year old girl baby. She is having cold and cough from 3 days now. I am giving her dolo cold and doctor also asked her to give Azee 100. I wanted to know how safe is AZEE 100 or antibiotics to kids of this age. your suggestions on the same will be very much helpful. Thanks and Regards

Azee 100 which contains Azithromycin is safe in children also.
Dosage depends on weight of the baby.Its 10mg/Kg body weight of the baby.
Feed the baby well when giving Azee 100.
It may cause gastric pain in some.
Its a very effective drug for upper respiratory infection.
Keep the baby warm and protect from cold.
