Small Cyst Found In Ultrasound. Tingling Sensation In Clitoris, Heaviness In Stomach. Why Is It Happening?

Hi, I have a tingling sensation in my clitoris which feels like an urgency to urinate. I also have a pressure in my lower stomach, which feels like its heavy or tight quite often since April on and off. After a bowel movement last night the sensation in my clitoris to urinate came back stronger and a heaviness in my lower stomach came immediately after as if my stomach was relieved to have rid its self from the feces. I had ultrasound done today and I have a 1.5 cyst , small one, on my right ovary . My doctor said this is not the cause for my problem, do any of you have any idea what this could be?

Your problem is most likely urethritis with cystitis. Urine routine test and a culture of urine might be needed to do.Antibiotics like fluoroquinolones and spasmolytics like flavoxate is given in such cases.I also advise my patients to use intimate wash to normalize vaginal bacterial flora and PH and there by prevent further infections.Hope this may help you.
