Hello, You are 56 years old male,. As per the statement you are having a painless lump (lymph node) behind left ear. You have investigated and I have gone through the reports. The bronchitis is no way connected with the swelling. If a lymph node is enlarged in that area we have to look for any infection in its area of drainage - Mainly Scalp in the left lateral and back and of course the ENT. If the ENT Dr has ruled out any infection in that ear look for the Scalp if no infection is found don't bother. Leave it as such and observe it for some more months. If you are more bothered about that swelling you can do a total excision and biopsy. A routine Blood test TC,DC, ESR, HB, Mx Test, Sugar, BP, ECG are advised for this age if those tests are not done already With Best wishes
