Hi Doc, My ultrasound report says that my both ovaries have multiple small peripheral follicles with enlarged size of ovaries. Plz tell me what it does mean & its impact on fertility . Size of the Ovaries as: Right- 41x24 mm & volume is about 11 cc. Left- 38x23 mm & volume is about 10 cc. No free fluid noted in peritoneal cavity . Conclusion: POLYCYSTIC OVARIES
