Small Red Circles On Legs, Stomach, Hands, Dry, Crusty, Irritated, Turning Brown. Treatment?
Over the past year I have had three times when a small red round circle appears on my skin (once on my leg, one on my stomach and now on my hand ). It is not painful, but looks dry and crusty, maybe a little itchy or just plain irritated feeling. The one on my leg even looked a little infected. They last for weeks, then they turn brown and stay that way.

From hisrory it seems that you might be having tenea versicular infection.
Apply anti-fungal lotion on the part.
Take one courseof anti-fungal tablet like Flucanozole 150 mg once in a week for 4 weeks.
