Small Red Spots And Bleeding After Hitting Head, Nausea. Anything To Worry?
Hello. I slipped off a yoga ball and hit my head on a mirror. The mirror did not break and my back came into contact with the floor before my head took the full blow. The top of my head is where I fell, towards the back and on the left. I iced it and my husband checked if it was bleeding. It was red and several small red spots where very little blood was coming through. I am up and walking about but I feel very nauseous. Should I be worried?
Hi, Thank you for posting your query. Based on your symptoms, it seems to be mild head injury. So, there is no need to worry. Your symptoms should settle down in a few days. For nausea, you may take ondansetron tablets. Small red spots are bleeding underneath the skin, which would resolve on its own. Please get back if you require any additional information.
Best wishes,
