Small Seroma On The Ascending Aorta, Shortness Of Breath While Hiking. Aortic Valve Replacement Done. Dangerous To Go Hiking?

How dangerous is having developed a possible small seroma on the ascending aorta after aortic valve replacement with a tissue valve. I have experienced exertional shortness of breath when hiking. The surgery was in 2/11. I have had a chest ct scan and have an echocardiogram scheduled. Should i be hiking? No symptoms otherwise.

Doubt it would be a problem, maybe you should get a TEE. make sure the valve is intact without any dehiscence or leakage of significance. Make sure you avoid trauma.
