Small White Pimples Near Scrotum, Small Cuts On Foreskin, Smelly And Watery Foreskin, Have Changed Partner. Cause?
Hi I have small white pimples on my bell end and small cuts to behind the foreskin and also on the bell end as well as the fact it does not smell that good and seems a lot wetter when I pull back my foreskin, it seems different since I met a new girl and we have been sexually active for at least a month before I noticed any changes???

You seem to be having a Candidal Infection which is a common STD which results in cuts on the foreskin. The white pimple may be either a candidal ( fungal ) folliculitis or molloscum contagiosum which will need a proper check up from your dermatologist or family physician .
