Hello Aditi
Normal cases there should be a fetal pole by 6 weeks.
You can wait another couple of weeks and repeat the ultrasound in view of wrong dates.
If there is still no fetal pole then its probably a blighted ovum/missed abortion.
You will need to have a termination.
hello,
fetal pole is a thickening on the margin of the yolk sac usually identified at 6.5 weeks with abdominal ultrasound imaging, and 6 weeks with vaginal ultrasound imaging.so wait for some time.if still no pole found then it may be blighted ovum (also known as “anembryonic pregnancy”) happens when a fertilized egg attaches itself to the uterine wall, but the embryo does not develop and requires termination.
