Smoking Cut Piece Of Unfiltered Cigarette, Putting In Tube With Marijuana, Smoking It In Bong. Health Risks?

do you know what poppers are? not the drug used for day sex, but the term used to describe smoking a cut piece of unfiltered cigarette and putting it in a tube with marijuana and smoking it in a bong? i was wondering what the health risks i have put opened myself to (i have beeing smoking these for 3 years everyday)i want to quit but dont know how.

There are also relapse prevention strategies which you can be taught to prevent going back to these substances. Medication may also be required to treat the withdrawal symptoms, medical complications as well as reuce craving. So, please consult a psychiatrist in your place for a detailed evaluation and further treatment.
