So I Had Surgery On My Hip Back In October,

So I had surgery on my hip back in October, arthroscopic surgery to fix a torn labral. The doctor that I had said that he sanded the bone, anchored the cartilage, and lengthened the tendon because he suspected that was the root cause of it. And well, about 10 minutes ago, the same side spasmed or something, I'm not quite sure what to call it because it didn't exactly pop or grind, but it's now throbbing. And it wasn't on the joint either. I was mostly wondering if you knew what it could be.
