Soft Tissue Injury In Right Shoulder. Will Masturbating Help Muscles In Shoulder And Arms?

Hi I am Joe. A few days ago I fell on my right shoulder and was told by the Dr. No broken bones however ; soft tissue injury . I have no pain only sore. Been applying ice and takin ibuprofen 800 mg. I have been moving my right arm (not lifting only movement) so as to help mobility. Also stretching the muscles. My question is: Does masturbating held the muscles in the shoulder and arm ?

I can not recommend masturbation for shoulder and arm muscles. It would be better to take rest and avoid any fast movement for healing of the tissue. I think with in few weeks your pain will be relieved and then you can start physiotherapy. If your pain persist or increases then you can have MRI to check if there is any ligament injury.
