Solution For Prolonged Chest Pain After Delivery Which Is Causing Severe Weight Loss, Fever And Breathing Difficulty

I have had ongoing chest pain it causes back spasms severe weight loss fever and a crunching sound when I try to swallow anything. I have a hard time breathing and am weak to the point where I cannot lift and sometimes cannot get out of bed frequent uriniation. I have had 2 heart echos and both came back clear. My heart will race and it pounds out of my chest. The doctors cannot seem to figure out what is going on this has all happened since the birth of my son 13 months ago it is getting so bad I cannot work or lift my child it is taking my life from me what can I do?

Severe cheat pain , difficulty in breathing, crunching sound during swallowing , difficulty to get up from bed from last 13 months is in itself is concerning.
Two echos and negative result .
I have seen and noted in my so many cases that sometimes a super specialist miss the diagnosis .
In your I think same thing happened .
May be due to .
1 ANEMIA , this is a most common cause . Diagnosis can be confirmed by hemoglobin examination.
2 Cancer in pharynx as this is the second most common cause ( not necessary in pharynx but anywhere in esophagus to downward . Diagnosis can be confirmed by M R I of these parts as pharynx , larynx , esophagus.
3 Pleural effusion may be another cause. Diagnosis can be confirmed by X RAY CHEST.
In my opinion consult an other physician and get his opinion as above mentioned .
