Some Times Chest And Throat Tightening Suddenly

21year male. Some times chest and throat tightening suddenly. Pain at left and right ribs along with back pain . Constant uneasiness under or near left chest. Numbness in hands. Shoulderand head ache. ecg and chest x ray are normal but they are done when these symptoms are not there. This wouldm be?
