Sonography Report Says Uterus Normal, Both Adnexae Clean. Meaning ?
my sonography report says
uterus is normal in size 7.0 x 3.3 x 3.0 cms and shows homogeneous echotexture. No focal lesion is seen.
endometrium iscentral and linear, measuring 5mm.
both overies are bulky.few small sub-cms sized folliclfsre noted in both overies, which are seen mainly along the peripheral aspects of both overies.
right overy measures 5.0 x 1.8 x 3.4mm(volume:17.4cc).
left overy measures 4.7 x 2.2 x 2.3mm(volume:13cc)
both adnexae are clean.no obvious mass lesion is seen

Hello.The ultrasound means that there is nothing pathological in your uterus or your ovaries(adnexae).
The myometrium (muscle of the uterus) and the endometrium are normal.
Both ovaries are bulky and with follicles (physiological)but without tumor masses.
