Hi,
As you have had repeated negative tests, your chances of a pregnancy are less. Yet, you can get a serum beta-hCG test and a trans-vaginal sonogram to confirm/exclude pregnancy. Your symptoms are suggestive of an early pregnancy but you need to exclude other causes also if pregnancy is excluded. Please see a specialist for further management. Good luck.
