Sore Legs After Playing. Swollen Knee Joint. What Is The Problem?
I played basketball the other day for about 3 hrs. My legs were really sore that I could barely walk to the car. The next day my right knee joint, the surrounding area is swollen.. I don't physically see that it's swollen but it feels tight when I walk and or flex/bend the knee. My right calf is also sore it feels like a tight cramp ever sine that day which is a couple days ago on Wednesday! Do you know what might my problem be?
I have read your details it looks that you have strained your calf muscle during playing.Due to this strain there is more stress over the knee .If you are not feeling excessive pain on knee bending & there is no history of giving away then you may take a good analgesic for relief.Stay away from excessive activity.
Hope this will help you.
