Sore Skin On Testicle That Gives Lot Of Burning Sensation

I have a sore skin at the bottom of left side testicle which gives lot of burning sensation when it rubs with underwear. this problem occured all of sudden on 27.11.10. i have not consulted any doctor due to shame. Pl. advise in this matter.

Hi welcome to Healthcaremagic

Hi... the most common infection in the scrotum is fungal infection..
you must not use the underwear when it is wet, dry the underwear's in the sunlight..
which kills the fungus and bacteria.. do not feel shy.., consult a dermatologist...
