Sore Throat After Having Oral Sex. STD?

Hi! I'm a female who is 18 years old, 5'3, 105 pounds. And this past Sunday I gave oral sex to my boyfriend that I have been for 5 months. We have known each other really well and he gets checked every 6 months. We had oral sex, and for myself it was the first time. When I did it to him, it was slow but then he started going fast, and Yesterday on Monday morning I started having a bit of a sore throat, it hurts more when i swallow my saliva, but I am worried it can be an STD or a sexual transmitted disease? I was also wondering if there are any places in Los Angeles for teen clinics where it's free or at a low cost without your parents consent, to get vaccines for like HPV?
