Sore Throat During Periods Of A 33 Years Old Women
I am female and 33 years old. Most of the months, during periods I suffer with sore throat . Please advise me what to do;

Having sore throat during periods is just a coincidence. Periods do cause some water retention in the body and heaviness but no infection is caused due to it. You do warm saline gargles and take a course of good antibiotic for sore throat.
