Tooth pain might have been due to caries. Amoxacillin is a safe antibiotic in pregnancy so you need not worry about the side effects of amoxacillin on the baby.
There can be two possibilities of you having throat and ear pain.
Firstly it can be a referred pain from your teeth caries especially if your wisdom or molar teeth have been affected. Referred pain is a pain which manifests at a site distant from the diseases site. So it can be that some amount of infection still remains in your tooth which is causing the pain. Also in pregnancy immunity is suppressed which can lead to spreading of infections. So it can be that your tooth infection has spread to the throat. Throat infection can present with earache.
Second possibility is that this throat pain and earache has no relation to your tooth infection. Throat pain can be due to viral or bacterial infection which can also involve the ears.
So you neednt worry. Since you have already taken amoxacillin a week ago, it should help you in combatting infection. Still if you get febrile then you should see ENT specialist to rule out ear infections.
Avoid taking pain killers like brufen for tooth pain. Paracetamol is a safe analgesic in pregnancy and can be used. Avoid unecessary medications.
Mild throat pain can be relieved with warm saline gargles. Lozenges would also help. Honey added to lukewarm water also helps in soothing the throat.
Keep a record of your baby movements and temperature.
In case you run temperature or have decreased movements, do see a doctor at once.
