Feeling hot and cold may be due to andropause or stepladder fever seen in salmonella. Bleeding from rectum also may be possible with Shigella or salmonella infection. acid reflux may can cause erosion.
So avoid spicy food and alcohol, use tablet pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
