Sore Throat, Trouble Sleeping, Neck Pain. Any Ideas?
Hey I've had a sore throat for about two months now. It's not been severe - about a 3-4 out of ten in pain but now getting worse; last night I had trouble sleeping. It feels like there is something at the back of my tongue on one side and has recently started to feel very sharp in my throat near my voice box (sorry I don't know the medical term!). Pain also seems to be going round my neck now...
Any ideas? I have no fever, and when I try looking in my throat in the mirror, it doesn't look hugely red at the back but it certainly feels like it. I also think I have some small red bumps on the side of my tongue on the same side as the funny feeling in my throat which is bothering me too.
