What Causes Sore Throat And Neck Pain?

I have had upper and lower neck pain on both sides of my neck, as well with a sore throat and recently got a low grade fever. As well pain in my left hip but I don t know if that s associated? The neck pain and sore throat have been going on for about 4 weeks now.

hi
neck pain and hip pain r not related in ur case .
treat ur sore throat with penicillins or cephalosporins or macrolides along with a antihistamine .
u also need salt water gargling
